Core Team

Sean is responsible for our camp as a whole. He oversees the core team and makes sure everyone's having a great BIG weekend!

Kathryn heads up our project management functions, overseeing administration, finance and communications.

Andy is our operational lead, and oversees sub-camps and site services to ensure we have all the infrastructure for a BIG weekend.

As joint head of programme, Ryan is responsible for all the activities and entertainment that is experienced over the weekend.

As joint head of programme, Jordan is responsible for all the activities and entertainment that is experienced over the weekend.

As joint head of site services, Martin is responsible for all our infrastructure that lets us put on a BIG Weekend!

As joint head of Site Services, Keith is responsible for all our professional services so that we can keep everyone safe.

James is responsible for our event administration, including the booking process, health forms and ticketing.

Matt heads up our sub-camp teams to ensure all the groups attending have a great camp and have the support they need.

Roger is responsible for our Media and Communications including social media, press and ensuring groups get the info they need.

We want to ensure our camp is welcoming and inclusive for all, so Rebecca is working hard to ensure we can cater for all.

Our camp is driven by the wants and needs of our young people, and Hugh heads up our Junior Organising Team.

Susan is our bean counter. Her role is to manage the budgets to ensure we deliver a camp that is great value for money.
