Event Registration Team Member

Do you get a buzz from helping other people? Do you like to make a difference? Are you friendly and approachable?  Do you have a ‘can do’ attitude? We’re looking for amazing people who really enjoy customer service to join Team Admin and provide our campers and staff with the best possible experience from the moment they arrive for The Big Weekend.  The main duties of the role are:

  • To assist in welcoming campers, staff and visitors to The Big Weekend.
  • To handle group administration on arrival in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • To provide information and assistance through the administration centre.
  • Expected to work on a rota system from Friday evening to Monday afternoon.
  • Any other administrative tasks as requested by the Event Registration Team Leader or Head of Admin.

Time commitment: Varied throughout the weekend to cover the opening hours of the administration centre but flexible enough for you to have some free time to enjoy The Big Weekend!
