Event Registration Team Leader

Do you have a passion for Admin? Can you think on your feet and deal with the unexpected? Would you like to lead a small team to welcome everyone to The Big Weekend? We are looking for the ideal person to lead our event registration team and as you have read this advert so far, we think that the ideal person could be you!  The main duties of the role are:

  • To oversee the registration process at The Big Weekend.
  • To supervise and lead a team of Event Registration Team Members.
  • To organise a staff rota system for the administration centre.
  • To problem solve and deal with situations that arise in a timely manner.
  • Any other administrative task as requested by the Head of Admin.

Time commitment: Varied throughout the weekend to cover the opening hours of the administration centre but flexible enough for you to have some free time to enjoy The Big Weekend!

Line Management Responsibilities: To supervise and lead a small team of Event Registration Team Members.
