  • To assist in welcoming campers, staff and visitors to The Big Weekend.
  • To handle group administration on arrival in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • To provide information and assistance through the administration centre.
  • Expected to work on a rota system from Friday evening to Monday afternoon.
  • Any other administrative tasks as requested by the Event Registration Team Leader or Head of Admin.

Time commitment: Varied throughout the weekend to cover the opening hours of the administration centre but flexible enough for you to have some free time to enjoy The Big Weekend!

We are looking for the ideal person to lead our event registration team and as you have read this advert so far, we think that the ideal person could be you!  The main duties of the role are:

  • To oversee the registration process at The Big Weekend.
  • To supervise and lead a team of Event Registration Team Members.
  • To organise a staff rota system for the administration centre.
  • To problem solve and deal with situations that arise in a timely manner.
  • Any other administrative task as requested by the Head of Admin.

Time commitment: Varied throughout the weekend to cover the opening hours of the administration centre but flexible enough for you to have some free time to enjoy The Big Weekend!

Line Management Responsibilities: To supervise and lead a small team of Event Registration Team Members.

Are you super organised? Do you like to keep your admin records in perfect order? Are you ready for the challenge of overseeing our computerise booking system? We are looking for someone to take on a key roll in working with our computerised booking system for The Big Weekend!  The main duties of the role are:

  • To answer any booking related queries in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • To signpost other TBW queries to the most relevant Head of Service.
  • To monitor bookings and payments through our online booking system.
  • To collate any specific requests made on booking from sections / groups.
  • To assist the Head of Admin and Head of Subcamps with subcamp allocation.
  • Any other administrative task as requested by the Head of Admin.

Time commitment: Varied throughout the year in the build up to The Big Weekend.  You will also be required to assist the registration team with technique aspects of the booking system throughout the event, especially during the arrivals period.  You’ll still be able to find some free time to enjoy the ambience of The Big Weekend!
